   After Win32disk, and noticed that same size SD is not compatible cross the different manufacturer.
   So restored image file into bigger SD.
   But root partition size is same and half of the SD card is allocated, so I did expand root partition.
   At first I can’t expand the root partition, and realized root is part of whole extended partition.
   So after unmount whole extended partition, and resize whole extended partition, once that done, I finally expand root partition from 6 gig to 13 gig
